The Beginning: We started taking baby steps on 08th March 2021 aimed at understanding the most comprehensive Upanishad viz., Īśāvāsya Upanishad. As we began our journey, we took for study what appears to be a very simple hymn, the Shanthi Sloka . ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते ।
I had all along thought that for an initiator, like me, in Spiritual journey, any Upanishad is beyond my reach & comprehension. But your practical feel, lucid explanation with real life anecdotes made the narrative very adorable, convincing & made me think, afterall, it is within everyone's reach. Though, if you ask me to recap succinctly what I have understood, based on what you captured in your brilliant postings, I might miserably fail. Even then, if someone asks me whether I have heard or know something about Isavasya Upanishad, I dare not say, I know nothing!
While I am not 'Poornam', the intent to travel towards 'Poornatvam' lingers on......
